Dark winter nights are leading to an increase in garden thefts of equipment tools and even plants, on the Norfolk Suffolk borders this seams to increased considerably over the last few months, householders are urged to be more vigilant in observing unfamiliar cars and persons operating suspiciously and to note or at best report to the local Police station.
