After taking in the shape and form of your home and surroundings we make viable suggestions based on our experience, expertise and skills as landscapers enabling us to turn your dreams into a reality.
Our Proven Process:
- We spend time at the initial consultation listening to you.
- Once completed we then commission a qualified garden designer who suites your requirements.
- We then conduct a site visit in order to better understand your needs.
The design process can then be started.
We find this process increase the creativity potential, as well as delivery a smooth build process.
Professional Relationships:
Meo Landscaping work with many local garden designers and architects. We always enjoy a good working relationaship with designers and are always happy to talk to designers wishing to commision us as contractors for garden projects.
Landscaping projects are very often associated with building works such as construction of a new house or remodelling of an existing one. We are used to working with other professionals including architects, engineers and surveyors to ensure that both the design concept and practical construction process are completed correctly.
Project Management
Meo Landscaping can provide Project Management to relieve the pressure on the client during the construction phase of the garden. The Project Manager will organize the tender process, co-ordinate project start; remain on site at regular intervals until the project is completed. In addition, the project manager will ensure that each individual craftsman is fully aware of their individual specifications, budgets and timescale, keeping downtime from weather or material delays to a minimum. They will keep the client and garden designer up to speed with developments, informing them of any unforeseen additions to contracts, while ensuring the project is completed to the original specification and reduce the need for the client to get involved with day to day issues – we know how busy you are!
Planting Consultancy
A dynamic garden changes and matures as the seasons pass, our Planting Consultant works with you to ensure your plants remain the crowning glory of your garden. We will regularly conduct a garden review of your plants – advising on horticultural and maintenance issues, plan the upcoming seasonal planting and recommend any changes that need to be made to keep your garden looking as it should. We can also train your maintenance staff on specific areas as required.
