Stump Grinding & Mulching

Meo Landscaping offers bespoke clearance services that includes tree stump removal, green waste recycling and scrub clearance.

Stump Grinding

We will have a selection of stump grinders that suit various applications and stump sizes; we can grind down to a depth of 300mm and grind down any stump up to 34 inches high and any diameter.

Our equipment can reach seemingly inaccessible places; we can operate in tight spaces and protect surrounding areas using barrier fencing and boards as required.  The smallest grinder will gain access through gates as narrow as 28inches that can fit through narrow gates and passage ways we are asked from time to time to access gardens through the house.

Usually when we have finished the grinding we will use the mulch to backfill the hole where the stump used to be (after a few months the chippings will rot down), at additional cost however, we can remove and dispose of the mulch for you and refresh the hole with clean top soil, and make good the disturbed area as required.

Underground detection service for cables pipes and wires is available, and advisable for deep stump removal.

Mini Digger Stump Grinder

Our New excavator mounted stump grinders means we can now tackle those hard to reach stumps in a simple and safe to operate. Having the mini excavator on site means we can maximise job efficiency with rapid clearance at minimal effort.

Green Waste Mulching & Chipping

Whether your problem is bulky green waste, tree brash, pallets, recycling, packaging materials, plastics, cardboard or contaminated timber, we can offer a service that is versatile and will save you time and money.

We use 3 machines all Timberwolf including TW 190 capable of chipping green waste with a diameter of 7.5", a tractor mounted 150 capacities 6" and a S 426 shredder.
